Open iOS Settings, select Therassist, and confirm Microphone permission is enabled. If permission is enabled and recording still fails, restart the app and try again.
Reopen the Shortcuts app, re-add the Therassist shortcut action, and run it once manually. This refreshes app intent routing on some devices.

Therassist does not use accounts. Your check-ins and plans are stored on your device and optionally in your private iCloud CloudKit database. You can remove data by deleting entries in the app, deleting the app from your device, and disabling or clearing Therassist iCloud data in iOS settings.
